Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral Concentrator

The Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral Concentrator is a commercial-duty gravity concentrator built for secondary recovery, concentrate reduction, and final finishing. Available in 24-inch Rougher, 16-inch Cleaner, and 16-inch Finisher configurations, the system can be matched to everything from higher-volume roughing to the production of clean, high-grade final concentrates.

Its adjustable internal multi-helix geometry gives operators precise control over the separation process. Gold and other heavy minerals settle into the spiral channels and move toward the concentrate discharge, while lighter material is continuously washed away. This allows the spiral to achieve high concentration ratios while maintaining strong precious-metal recovery and minimizing valuable-metal losses.

Each model can operate in continuous or batch-feed mode and may be used as a stand-alone concentrator or integrated into a multi-stage recovery circuit. Units can also be installed in series for progressive concentration or in parallel where additional throughput is required. The Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral is suited for alluvial material, finely milled hard-rock ore, sluice concentrates, jig concentrates, centrifuge concentrates, tailings reprocessing, and a wide range of precious, base, and heavy minerals.
