The Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral Concentrator comes in four models: the 24" Rougher, 24" Cleaner, 16" Cleaner, and 16" Finisher. Each concentrator can be operated in either continuous or batch feed mode. All units are heavy-duty, gravity-based concentrators designed for both alluvial deposits and finely milled hard rock ores. The internal multi-helix spiral design allows for precise adjustments based on the ore matrix or desired concentrate, ensuring the highest possible concentration ratio and gold recovery. The Multi-Helix Concentrator is also one of the most versatile concentrators available; capable of processing both precious and base metals, multi-mineral ores, and even metal recovery from solid waste.
