Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral Bank

The Reverse Multi-Helix Spiral Bank is a commercial-duty tiered gravity concentration system designed for secondary recovery, concentrate reduction, and final finishing. Available as a 24-inch Rougher, 16-inch Cleaner, and 16-inch Finisher, each model is suited to a different stage of the recovery process, from higher-volume roughing to final production of a clean, high-grade concentrate.

In the field, the spiral bank is commonly used to process concentrates from sluices, jigs, centrifuges, and other primary recovery equipment. The system is adjustable to match the ore, feed material, and desired final concentrate. Operators can run a broader cut when recovery is the priority or tighten the separation when a higher-grade final product is required. This flexibility makes the spiral useful for alluvial material, milled hard-rock ore, tailings reprocessing, mercury recovery, bulk sampling, and mixed-mineral applications.

A typical staged circuit uses a 24-inch Rougher for initial concentration, followed by a 16-inch Cleaner to reduce the concentrate volume, and a 16-inch Finisher to produce the final high-grade product. In many gold applications, the system can produce clean or smelt-ready material while reducing cleanup time and minimizing intermediate handling.
